This website is operated by the private practice of Mr Majed Shabbir, Consultant Urological Surgeon, with clinics at HCA Healthcare UK outpatient centres at The Shard and Canary Wharf, London.
What we collect
Through this website we collect only the information you choose to give us in an enquiry form — your name, contact details, preferred clinic, how you intend to pay, and whatever you tell us about your reason for enquiring. Health information you provide is treated as special category data under UK GDPR.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange an appointment and provide clinical care. We rely on your consent for responding to website enquiries, and on the provision of health care as the lawful basis for processing health information.
Who we share it with
Your information may be shared with the hospital where you are seen, your GP or referring clinician where clinically appropriate, your insurer where you are claiming, and other clinicians involved in your care. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within twelve months. Clinical records are retained in line with professional and legal requirements for medical records.
Your rights
